Pros: The quality of work is great. You get to work on really awesome projects where you can learn a lot.
Cons: The leadership is very bad. They are very short-sighted and only care about getting their bonus check. They only care about band-aids constantly without any vision for the org. Work-life balance is almost non-existent.
