Process

I applied online and received a call from a recruiter within two days. Then came a second call with an engineer for a technical screening. An on-site interview was scheduled for the following week.

The on-site interview took place in Irvine, CA, and lasted four to five hours. The interview was quite technical and engaging.

I was surprised they had been looking for the "best" candidate for almost five months. I figure they have to draw a line at some point to make a hiring decision and move forward with developing their products.
