I was connected through a referral. The interview was conducted via video chat.

The interviewer didn't show up the first time, offering no explanation, which led to a reschedule. During the second interview, the same interviewer appeared and acted as if nothing had happened. They spent five minutes asking generic "getting to know you" questions, leading me to doubt they had read my resume. Following that, they presented a standard LeetCode problem.

I did not perform well on that question, but I was unconcerned. As a senior engineer with experience in larger firms, I personally do not believe in emphasizing LeetCode for senior-level roles.

Overall, the recruitment process was efficient but disappointing.
