The interview takes place in two rounds.

1. First Round: Interview with the recruiter. It's very fast and takes 30 minutes. They will check your background, successes, and your day-to-day responsibilities at your previous company. The focus is more on your experience.

2. Second Round: Interview with the Hiring Manager. This round is not easy and also takes 30 minutes. They will ask about your continuous improvements, methods you use to resolve issues, and your experience with robots, automatic stations, and scrap reduction.
