One of the worst interviews in recent times. I had a phone interview with a Senior Engineer on the team. I'm not sure if he was interviewing to recruit someone for his team, or if there was a candidate with a strong referral who knows him, and maybe he wants his friend on the team. Again, I'm not sure about his intentions.

As an interviewer, he has to articulate the problem well. Being a senior member on the team, I am surprised to see that behavior.

I strongly suggest others not to waste time interviewing with such an organization. I believe even the interviewer doesn’t have a clear solution for the problem in his mind.
