Pros: - Enthusiastic workers.
- Free snacks, drinks of all kinds, and subsidized lunch trucks.
- Very nice.
- Quite flexible work schedule.
- Friendly managers.
Cons: - Quite long hours for permanent employees.
- Very little space, especially for contractors; you have to book an office space daily.
- Can be noisy in the lab area and somewhat noisy in the open-plan office area.

Pros: I work with genuinely awesome people to help build a product that is good for the world. I am surrounded by people I trust and can be my full self at work. Rivian has a modern and understanding culture. Working here is rewarding.
