A two-step process:

1. Phone call with the recruiter where we discussed the overall company, availability, compensation, and my biggest achievement as a mechanical engineer.
2. A three-hour-long interview with three different panelists who were directors and managers. I was also asked to prepare a presentation on my biggest technical achievement.

All panelists were very kind and enthusiastic and listened to me patiently. Overall, a very good learning experience.
