Process
It was a pretty easy process. There was an initial phone interview with HR, followed by a one-on-one, 45-minute interview with an employee. Then, there was a 2-hour interview where I had to present some of my prior experience. I had a friend interviewing for the same position, and we received emails at different times.

Pros: Some teams have good co-workers, big company benefits, cool challenges, and a decent amount of top-down communication.
Cons: Some teams act like robots and have zero emotional intelligence. Top-down communication is drying up, and more secrets are being held.
