Most people here are incredibly smart and passionate about the product, which makes the work fun.
No work/life balance. Upper management will work you to death and then not reward you, while they are often on vacation.
Should've hired more engineers who fit the culture instead of bringing in multiple layers of middle management from Ford and GM who don't know how to innovate.
