Poor leadership may have already sunk this company
Great product. Good pockets of engineering teams.
Poor executive and senior leadership.
Constant whiplash of making decisions at a high level and then promptly changing track.
Will we ever stop layoffs to pad the bottom line?
Hopefully, the last round of layoffs (Feb 2023) will allow them to create long-term, clear goals and start building actionable roadmaps across all organizations, leading to profitability.
