- Smart people
- Fun projects
- Good amount of autonomy
- Management was very shaky.
- Short-sighted decision-making.
- Projects like the new factory in Atlanta were delayed for 2 years.
- Have a real plan to get things done.
- Reward those that actually do get things done.
- Shut down parallel projects that are trying to solve the same problem.
- Avoid director-level infighting and chest thumping.
