Great tech stack and practices, cool product, great WLB in some teams.

Cons

CEO lacks conviction, multiple reorgs, continuous scope changes and pivots. Communication from leaders down to employees is completely non-existent. Two layoff rounds in less than six months (even when they assured the first round was big to avoid a second which was just as big). Management loves to play favorites, so gotta...

Advice to Management

Be the voice of your directs with the leadership. You are supposed to represent your employees and propagate their feedback upwards.
