I was recruited and had three rounds of technical interviews, plus one interview with the hiring manager. Everyone on the team was nice, but I was surprised at how hard their questions were. Then I was ghosted after the last interview.

Standard coding interview. Covered algorithms and data structures, design, and behavioral questions, along with a talk with the director. Questions were easy to medium in difficulty. The offer was handed in a week. Some scalability-related question

Recruiter phone screen. After that, a hiring manager screen. Discussed high-level ideas about a software stack. The interview process took less than two weeks. Got rejected after the hiring manager screen without any feedback.
