Amazing product, mixed leadership opinions
The product and company trajectory is amazing. It would be hard not to be passionate about what you are helping create there. The future does look bright.
It's a mix of a start-up mentality and an already-settled big company. Unfortunately, this means there are tight budget constraints now, but yet the people who play the political game get ahead much faster than the ones who likely deserve it more. It's all about getting set up with a good managing team. There are good ones, but there are also poor ones, and I'm not sure the poor ones are being noticed as they should. At the end of my time, I had lost the passion and motivation I once had due to this problem.
