Good work culture. Depends purely on which team you are in. Most of the teams are cool.
Poor management. Toxic environment in some teams due to layoff fear. Management doesn't resolve issues; they just keep delaying action. Lack of visibility in manager reviews.

Software Engineering Intern
The interview consisted of one behavioral and one technical question. The technical portion was split into a project presentation and a very doable Python question. The interviewers were kind, and the company seemed to have a good work culture.
