Great product and a very good mission to work on, which makes a positive impact on the economy and the planet. Career learning is wonderful.
Work-life balance is a concern. The same old dirty politics persist, exacerbated by bad middle managers. Since 2021, Rivian has hired many managers with less experience and no ground experience. These individuals are insecure about their future, mess up a lot of things, and make bad decisions. This has cost the company a fortune and the share price.
Replace all managers riv6 and se managers riv7. Most ineffective and demoralizing people.
