Pros

Not a traditional workplace. If you are on a good team, work can be good.

Cons

Too much change. Management changes a lot, so projects continually get reworked. Layoffs have impacted the ability to provide quality and consistent work. Most folks are doing the work of two to three people. I do not feel I have opportunities for other growth positions because I have become too “vital” in my role. My manager does not want me to move to other teams.
