Upon applying, I received an email from their recruiter, and we set up a technical interview as the first step.
I asked some questions to the recruiter but never heard back. Perhaps it was a bot?
During the interview, the interviewer did not open their webcam, whereas it was obligatory for me to open mine. This felt a little alienating.
During the interview, I constantly heard the interviewer eating their lunch.
Even though the interview went well on my end technically, they rejected me right away and gave no feedback nor response whatsoever.
As a Robinhood user who loves using the app, this experience was quite horrendous for me.
