I applied online, and they contacted me back for a phone screening. After that, I went onsite for four interviews. Then I had lunch with the CEO, and they extended an offer. The interviews seemed pretty standard, both in topic and difficulty. They were very quick and accommodating throughout the entire process.

Pros: Leadership is super committed to the mission of widening access to the financial system, and it shows in the decisions they make.
Lots of really smart and knowledgeable people. I've never worked in finance before, so it's been cool to learn about a new industry.
Cons: Headcount's a little low considering everything on the docket.
No 401k matching yet.
Office is a little cramped.
