The basic CodeSignal problems had a difficulty of LeetCode medium to hard. They're supposed to take you into another technical interview after that, but I didn't get that far. Overall, it was the same basic software engineering job interview experience.

Pros: Great comp, great benefits, and a great campus.
Cons: Isolating. Zero work-life balance. You can never do enough. Constant competition with each other. Poor infrastructure for testing critical flows. Barely got enough time to prove my skills.

Pros: An exciting place to be, with lots of growth as more individuals start investing.
Cons: Inadequate senior guidance in engineering. The co-CEOs were often clowny and not serious when they should have been. I know Baiju stepped down.
