I had a phone interview for a bit, talking about my background and what I was looking for (Robinhood, salary expectations, etc.). The recruiter was solid.
I was passed after the tech screening, which was an hour long. They provided a whole PDF of what I should review and what to expect. The question was good: design a poor man's version of something we already do.
I'm not sure exactly what I did that would have made me a poor candidate for the next rounds, but overall, it was pretty relaxed. The tech screener was a little bland and disengaged, but it was a positive experience.
