I spent about 5 hours interviewing with this company, and unfortunately, it felt like a complete waste of time. The tasks themselves were not too challenging, but the overall experience was disappointing.
Some interviewers were not really open to dialogue, while certain people in leadership roles came across as toxic and not very knowledgeable about the subject matter. Instead of conducting a proper interview, their main goal seemed to be proving their superiority and asserting themselves. Others appeared apathetic and showed little interest in engaging with what I was saying.
On the positive side, the more junior employees were noticeably friendlier and easier to talk to.
Would I want to work here? Honestly, probably not.
