Pros: They pay a lot of money, but it comes at a cost to your mental health.
Cons: Engineering culture has been ship, ship, ship as fast as possible without ever stopping to clean up after yourself for the 10+ year existence of the company. Consequently, the system architecture is abysmal, everything is on fire all the time, and it's impossible to get anything done.
