All engineers and immediate managers are just a few years out of college. Everyone has the attitude of knowing best. Rampant "bro culture" and swearing are prevalent from all rank-and-file employees.

In the end, they simply wasted my time. There were constant interview schedule changes, and interviewers simply did not show up. They claim they are looking for senior people, but their lack of respect for my time was incredible.
