I applied through an employee referral. The process took two weeks.
Recruiter call and one coding LeetCode-style technical screen round.
I found the interview process to be good. The recruiter and the person taking my technical round were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I couldn't go past the technical screen. I was able to code the solution but got errors running the code. I got a rejection email just 30 minutes after the interview ended.

It ends up being mostly dev ops work. The whole Software Platform org has lost most of its leadership and has the highest churn rate I have ever seen. More than half the people have left the company or the org of their own choice. Most managers and senior devs are checked out and waiting for their grants in March to come through and then will leave.
