Process

Definitely unorganized. Interviewers themselves were great, very friendly, and helpful. They did not look down on you and were genuinely helpful; I learned some things during the interview process.

Recruiting, on the other hand, is a mess. They were not very responsive, and scheduling was awful. After the technical screening, I did not get a response for a week, which is standard to be fair. However, once I followed up, I was not given any availability and was scheduled for the virtual onsite two days later.

The onsite was also split, with one round on one day and two rounds the next. The third round on the second day was then cancelled and rescheduled. I did get availability for this time, and they scheduled me a week later.

Then, two days before the rescheduled interview, I was notified that they were not moving forward, and the last interview was cancelled. So, what was supposed to be a virtual onsite of three rounds in one day was spread out over two weeks, and I only got to complete two rounds.

On top of that, the coding round for the onsite was the exact same question as the technical screening. The interviewer also seemed unsure of what question to ask.
