I interviewed at Robinhood for a web engineer intern role.
The first round was the OA (General coding assignment on Codesignal), and then I was invited for a Karat interview, which was of 1 hour with a Karat interview engineer.
Overall, the experience was positive.
Questions
CSS/JS questions, followed by LeetCode easy/medium problems.

Pros: There aren't many pros here. It used to be nice, but not anymore.
Cons: C-Team is horrible.
DevX is terrible.
Pay is bad, especially if you joined after the IPO.
Random reductions in force and no direction.

Pros: Great benefits. Great atmosphere with the exception of the pit in the stomach I feel.
Cons: Screwing retail investors to make a buck makes it hard to sleep at night.
