Process
I was contacted by an RH campus recruiter.
The first step was to take a CodeSignal assessment, which consisted of three questions (easy/medium) and looked for basic foundational knowledge and optimization.
The next step was a Karat interview. RH partners with Karat to conduct technical video interviews, and there were no redos available. I believe this was because they already had enough qualified candidates by that point.
Nowhere through the process did I speak in person with a recruiter or get a behavioral screen.
