I was approached by a sourcer, and everything was going great before the interviews. I love the app, and the company seemed great. I enjoyed talking with the engineers; they were super nice, and the conversation was very pleasant. I think I did reasonably well.
After the interviews, the process became a little messy. I didn't hear from them for a few weeks and then got pinged that they had not made a decision yet. It was a month ago, and I have no idea what the results of my interviews are. I've had cases before when decisions took time, but never this long, and I was always aware of the current status.
It seems hiring is a little chaotic. They are growing at a fast pace, and lots of things need to be fixed in the process.
Overall, I am a little disappointed with the turn the process took after the interviews. I hope my case is just an outlier.
