I was applying for a web development position, so the initial phone interview focused on core JavaScript features. The on-site interview was much more varied, as my diverse experience ranges from algorithms and systems design to a live coding exercise for web development.
I went into the interview not really expecting to accept, as I had several other great offers. However, I knew the app was pretty cool, so I felt I should give it a go.
Once I got on-site, I found the people to be very friendly, with an atmosphere of positivity and playfulness. After interacting with several more team members during lunch, I knew I could expect a lovely culture. The people really care about what they are doing, and it is very exciting to work here!
