After going through their third-party online screening, I was invited onsite.
Echoing what some others have said, I encountered completely insufferable and cocky interviewers who were recent graduates.
One MIT-grad interviewer spent the first twenty minutes talking about himself, leaving little time for the technical portion. To add to this, no questions (not even "tell me about yourself") were asked of me.
Was he there to boost his own ego or interview a candidate? Personally, I'm not sure.
This was not an outlier case, as another interviewer exhibited similar behavior.
Overall, my experience with this company has been characterized by extremely poor recruiter communication and appalling interviewer behavior.
Robinhood seriously needs to take a look at how they interview and hire candidates.
I am declining their offer after this on-site experience.
