Had the usual HR phone screen where the process was explained. After that, I received a prep document stating the first-round tech screen might cover React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and DOM, and that it would not be algorithmic in nature.
However, the actual interview did not include React at all. Instead, it focused on vanilla JavaScript with an emphasis on more algorithmic and core JS concepts, such as:
