Pros

Work from home policy.

No need to go to the office a few days a week.

Return to the office is allowed.

Cons

Founders are not mature enough to run a company with more than 100 people. They never hold themselves or other executives accountable for failures. The company sets goals every year, misses most of them every year, pretends that never happens, and holds nobody accountable.

Good people need to threaten to leave to get the reward they deserve. Bad people do the same and get what they don’t deserve, including titles and management power over other people.
