Inadequate senior guidance in engineering. The co-CEOs were often clowny and not serious when they should have been. I know Baiju stepped down.

It was a recruiter call first, then a tech screen. The tech screen involved building something using my own Xcode. It focused on view modifiers, similar to what others have previously described.

Pretty good. Everyone I spoke with seemed friendly and really smart, even though there were four rounds. The recruiting process was a bit more annoying, with a lot of handoffs between various recruiting folks. I needed to follow up multiple times.
