The interview process included Codsignal, followed by a Karat interview, and finally an onsite interview. Engineers should be more willing to take interviews. My coding onsite round had an engineer who did not seem interested in the interview at all

I had two phone interviews and one onsite interview. One of the phone interviews was actually a prep interview for the onsite one. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated that opportunity.

The standard interview process included system design, experience assessment, algorithms, and coding. It took about a month for me to receive the decision after the onsite interview, which felt ridiculous.
