I applied online for a DevOps/SRE engineer position. After about 2-3 weeks, a recruiter reached out to me by email and scheduled a brief call with the hiring manager, a senior director.
Unfortunately, this individual was probably the rudest person I have ever interviewed with. In a short 30-minute conversation, he was being sarcastic and demeaning. He even literally said, "Sorry, I didn't pay attention. Repeat that."
When I asked him what was unique about Roblox, I received a simple "Nothing unique. Just another regular tech company."
This was a purely negative experience.
