Process
Technical interview on camera with two current developers, each asking their own question.
First, you needed to talk through your solution, then code it in whichever language you preferred. All with minimal guidance from the developers interviewing you.
Questions
They asked a question about finding the lowest available integer from a list of currently taken integers.
After creating that solution, they asked that I pair those integers with titles.
For example, if they were wanting to assign a number to a certain title, you would need to find the lowest available integer for that title specifically.

- 4.0Interesting problems and exciting industrySenior Software Engineer • Current EmployeeSan Mateo, California, United StatesNovember 13, 2025Pros: Lots of vertical integration, so many opportunities to solve problems at the infra layer, platform/tooling layer, and application layer. The breadth of engineering is refreshing and similar to big tech, but without as large of an engineering org in sheer numbers, so impact is readily available.Cons: Difficulty getting clarity and alignment with leadership on product roadmap and priorities. Shifting direction can cause thrash on product teams and result in a more stressful environment.
