I gave fresh availability, and she finally scheduled a call… and then didn’t show up. I emailed her, and she called me almost 40 minutes later.

She started the call with comments like: “Wait, you're not a DevOps engineer, right? Because sometimes those guys pretend to be software engineers.”

She also casually dropped, “Oh, you’ve worked at service-based companies? Yeah, we usually don’t hire from those.”

I'm just curious — do recruiters at Roblox not check resumes before setting up calls? Why waste candidates’ time if you're not even going to take five minutes to read their background?
