They send you an OA without looking at your resume. Some people have reported passing this absurd OA, but they also don't even get interviewed.
They force you to use their own product during the OA and then review that product as part of their "assessment for candidates." What they're really doing is using you to market their products and get product reviews from applicants who were never going to be considered for an offer to begin with.
Do not waste your time with Roblox if you don't have an inside referral. They use applicants to test out their products.
