The entry level is very low.
There are people that just started out on Roblox that earn 1+ million USD within a year.
Cons: The platform changes rapidly. If you do not accept change, your game will not perform well. This sometimes makes it a big risk to invest in a game that might not perform well.

Pros: Lots of vertical integration, so many opportunities to solve problems at the infra layer, platform/tooling layer, and application layer.
The breadth of engineering is refreshing and similar to big tech, but without as large of an engineering org in sheer numbers, so impact is readily available.
Cons: Difficulty getting clarity and alignment with leadership on product roadmap and priorities. Shifting direction can cause thrash on product teams and result in a more stressful environment.
