1 phone screen. 1 outsourced tech screen using Karat. 1 on site. Recruiter was disorganized, confused, and did not know how to use his own hiring/applicant tracking software. I received multiple confusing, conflicting emails with instructions regarding next steps. Karat can be great, but they can also be really bad, depending on which interviewer you get assigned and what his experience level is. Unfortunately for the Roblox interview, it was the latter. I had a positive opinion of Roblox until this awful candidate experience.
