Process

Karat coding interview screen. The Karat interviewer was amazing and facilitated a smooth process. I then proceeded to the virtual onsite.

The interviewers were a group of young individuals who seemed smart in their roles. I had good conversations with them. The questions were medium/easy, and it took me some time to implement one of the questions correctly. All other interviews seemed to have gone pretty well.

The recruiter mentioned they would get back to me the next day regarding an executive round but never replied. I sent an email asking if they wanted to proceed, as I had another offer to respond to, but the recruiter never replied.

They seem to have utter disregard and disrespect for candidates, to the point where they don't even care to respond. I would suggest choosing a different company, purely based on the attitude of the employees and recruiter. Roblox may have a short success run, but they are not built for the long term with the right values.
