Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. I then completed a phone screen, an onsite interview, and a leadership/executive interview.
My major issue with the process was the mediocre and non-existent recruiter communication throughout. On several occasions, I was promised an update after interviews, only to never hear back. After the last interviews, I was told I had strong hire feedback across the board and should expect an offer. The recruiter also asked about my salary range expectations before going into the hiring committee meeting with the VP/hiring manager. I was promised an update within two days but didn't hear back for a week. My emails to the recruiter have gone unanswered.
It has now been more than a month since my last interview, and I am still waiting for an update.
