Recruiter Call and Karat (Online Assessment)

Roblox uses Karat, a third-party interviewing company, to conduct their technical screenings. Therefore, I did not get to speak with any engineers at the company.

Karat allows for redos. I made it far into the second question in the first interview but did not complete it. In my redo, I only got the first question.

I believe you need at least two questions answered correctly to pass.

I felt the matrix problem (the second question in my first interview) was irrelevant to my role.

• Code a simple version of Mahjong.

• Write a function to return the count of disappearing elements in an m x n matrix (DFS).

• Given a list of strings (word and frequency count) and some constraints, write a function to return a dictionary of the ordered words and their counts.
