Passed the OA, which consisted of the Codesignal general assessment and their puzzle involving cars.
I had a call with the recruiter, which was pretty chill.
I was scheduled for a final interview, but they said they filled the position before the interview and cancelled it.
Very disappointing.

Pros: - Very strong compensation and benefits, which include breakfast, lunch, health insurance, Caltrain, and retirement.
- You get to work with many smart people across engineering and cross-functional roles.
- Most teams are collaborative, have good work-life balance, and have above-average frontline management.
Cons: - Turbulent stock makes predicting true compensation difficult.
- The team transfer process is difficult, and choices are artificially constrained.
- Promotions have gotten much more difficult in the past two years.
- Upper management is full of bad ideas that must be prioritized over the good work that teams are already doing.
