Pros: I've been a member of the Roblox community for over 10 years, and getting to contribute to the platform as an engineer is a dream come true!
The atmosphere here is very relaxed and vibrant. There's plenty of heads-down work, but it's also common to see people gathered in the snack room for a lively conversation. The work-life balance here is great.
Cons: It's unclear to me where my career is headed, and the Bay Area is very expensive. Roblox pays well, but I'm only barely profiting while living here.
