Pros: - Very flexible intern projects; you get to decide what you want to work on.
- Intern projects actually make an impact on the company.
- Great salary and benefits, even for interns.
- Coworkers are really smart and inviting; you can ask anyone for help anytime, and they love helping interns.
Cons: - The return offer process was a bit of a black box. Some people who were recommended by their managers for return offers did not receive them after VP-level review, though no constructive feedback could be given.

Pros: My OA experience was unique; they had me play different cognitive games.
Cons: Technical and behavioral interviews following the OA were very challenging. They really dig into where your values lie and expect concrete answers for the collaboration and communication aspect.
