Pros: Smart people, hard challenges, huge scope, and lots of MAUs to try out the things you release. It really rewards taking initiative.
Few click-punchers.
Cons: The scope of what we're trying to solve is huge, and it can be hard to keep your eyes on the vision. You have to take initiative to get things done.
