Web DevOps Engineer Interview Experience - Rochester, New York
Process
I applied through LinkedIn, and a recruiter contacted me within a week.
There was a behavioral round, discussing more about the company and my profile. A technical interview was scheduled within a week, and the interview was straightforward, focusing on explaining details from my resume and the projects I worked on. The interview process was almost smooth for the first two rounds.
It has been almost three weeks since the interview, but I haven't received any updates despite my follow-up emails.

- 5.0Career Growth, Big ImpactSoftware Engineer • Current EmployeeSan Mateo, California, United StatesJune 13, 2019Pros: Passionate employees and a positive business outlook. Most of the interesting problems one might solve as an engineer here are still up for grabs. Personal initiative to snag that one cool project is rewarded, and I feel my manager and director are investing heavily in my career success. CEO and VPs are very open to company-scale feedback, and even as a relatively new person, my input has been taken seriously and often acted on immediately. I've been able to have a major effect on the company's direction. It has been a great place to get my career started.Cons: We're growing as a company, and the organizational changes keep you on your toes. What was once tribal knowledge among tens of devs has had to be taught to hundreds.
