There was no interview. It is a freelance position, and the person offering the work was extremely thorough and well-versed. They explained clearly what they wanted and what was expected of the job.

I took the OA and did semi-well, spoke to a recruiter, and ended up getting the phone screening. After the phone screening, I was scheduled for two technical interviews. I didn’t receive the final round, however.

You must complete 2 hours worth of assessments before they even consider you for the position. After completing them, there is still only a small chance you get an interview.
